Clunky and Cheap

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"This is a very cheaply made product. It is extremely noisy and clunky and as far as I am concerned not worth its price or the Samsung badge. For instance when the water level is set to “extra low” (set automatically) the washing power of the pulsator does not change and it throws the washing around in the tub with such force that the tub bashes into the side of the machine (so hard that it dents the metal outward). The water also tends to splash around fiercely and even sometimes splashes over the tub (rarely). The only way to stop this is to manually increase the water level to weigh down the tub. As the machine then gets ready to spin it drains the water and when the tub is empty the pump ingests air (this makes a most awful loud gulping noise). When the machine starts to spin and the laundry is just a little out of balance the tub bounces about viciously and vibrates the machine to what I feel is the point of destruction (this process is extremely noisy). This machine cannot really wash heavy laundry items e (even bathroom towels). Washing these will cause all of the above mentioned behaviour. The only redeeming feature that I can see on this top loader is that the laundry goes in dirty and after a lot of clunking and noise (surprisingly) comes out really clean. My advice is rather buy a front loader."

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, very noisy, very cluncky, very cheap build, probably won't last long, running on old technology
